Now that everything is almost done we want to thank you very much for the trouble that you have taken on our behalf. Doing building work from afar is full of pitfalls and the project was not quite as straightforward as you or we had hoped. We are grateful for the trouble that you took to get everything sorted out and have been impressed with the quality of your teams’ work and the oversight you provided.

I have, as requested, given feedback to the loss adjuster, but in addition we want to show our appreciation in a more personal way. So I have ordered a few bottles to be delivered to each of you at your TRS address. I am told they should arrive next Tuesday and I hope you will find something to your tastes. I would just like to take the opportunity to re-iterate what I said at our meeting, on 31 July, namely, many thanks to all involved in putting our house back together after the car impact. It has been a stressful time and an experience neither Angus nor myself would wish to go through again. However, it was made much more bearable by having such a professional and helpful company as TRS undertaking the reparation work.

The guys who worked on our house were a real credit to TRS. Sandy Stewart was invaluable in ensuring that everything that needed to be done was done. His help and knowledge was greatly appreciated.

We were so impressed with Paul and Thomas, who did the redecoration, that we have asked TRS for a quote for doing our main bedroom and hallway. Many thanks again to all for guiding us through an experience we could never have imagined would happen to us. All the best.
