Total Reinstatement Services always looks at investment in local community-based projects. We sponsor local sports teams, youth groups and charities
in Scotland.
In 2024, we identified the need for a defibrillator in the local area which we invested in and is now located at our premises in Riverside, Stirling. We
believe in giving back to the wider community and making it a safer place and we will continue to invest to ensure that we do our part to contribute to that.

Creating Local Employment & Supporting Local Businesses
Total Reinstatement Services understand the importance of employing people from local areas where possible, creating apprenticeships and training.
Local hiring helps us support the local community by creating jobs and spending within the community. Hiring local employees helps us foster a strong
company culture and demonstrates a commitment to the community.
Supporting Local Suppliers and Businesses
We opt to use local suppliers and businesses to contribute to the growth of the community and local economy, which also supports employment rates
within the area. We have built up fantastic relationships with some local suppliers and businesses within the community and in doing so has created
flexibility, simplifying the process of placing orders and addressing unexpected supply chain issues, with local suppliers often offering faster and more
predictable delivery times and reducing risks associated with long distance transportation, not to mention the environmental benefits by minimising the
distance of goods travel, with local sourcing aligning with our sustainability goals.
